Order Processing Time

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Local (Malta & Gozo): Standard shipping usually takes 1-3 business days.
  • Europe & International: Estimated delivery times range from 5-15 business days depending on the destination.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on external factors.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. Any additional charges will be your responsibility.

Delayed Packages

We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible, but please understand that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and we cannot take responsibility for transit delays.

If your delivery is significantly delayed, we recommend reaching out to your local post office with your tracking number for assistance. Once your order leaves our facility, we have the same tracking information as you. For any delivery-related concerns, please contact the mail carrier directly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you suspect your package is missing please go through the following steps:

  1. Verify Shipping Address: Confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
  2. Check with Carrier: Contact your local post office or courier service, as packages are sometimes held for pick-up or have updated delivery information. It is important to explain the situation in detail so that they may assist you to the best of their abilities.

Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery address to prevent potential loss.

Damaged or Defective Orders

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery to admin@elegansanails.com, including images of the damaged products. Unfortunately, claims received after this time cannot be processed.

Kindly retain all packaging materials, including the box and all contents, as they may be needed to file a damage claim with the carrier. Keeping these materials will help ensure a smooth refund or replacement process."

Missing items

If your order is missing any items upon arrival, please first check your order or shipping confirmation to ensure those items were indeed included in your order. We will replace any missing items with the same product initially ordered. If an item is out of stock, we will assess replacement options on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request for a missing item, please contact us at admin@elegansanails.com within 5 days of delivery.

Failed Delivery

If your order is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will process a refund for the order, minus any shipping fees if the return was due to a customer error.

Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address when the order is being placed. Double check that you have entered your address correctly when making your orders to avoid any issues. 

Kindly note that if the customer provides us the wrong address we cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to the wrong address. If you entered the wrong address try to contact the courier for assistance.
